Clients are often unaware of how they talk to themselves about themselves. Along with this are some tendencies for some clients to think about others and situations in certain ways that are not helpful or productive. These patterns of thinking can contribute to and worsen a person's stress, depression and/or anxiety levels and interfere with their way of relating to others. These handouts are introductions to this topic.
